Kingsway by the River is a new condo and townhouse project development by Urban Capital Property Group. The complex will consist of four buildings with three level underground parking garage. Total of 757 vehicle parking spaces would be provided.
The Kingsway by the River is located on the north side of Dundas Street West, just west of Prince Edward Drive North and is comprised of three properties municipally known as 4208, 4210 and 4214 Dundas Street West. The Complex is just walking distance from the Humbertown Shopping Centre.
The site is currently occupied by two low-rise (2-storey) office buildings fronting Dundas Street West and a RONA retail store in the northeast corner of the site. The immediate area is characterized by a mix of low-rise commercial uses and mid-rise residential uses along Dundas Street West.
Kingsway by the River is developing by Urban Capital Property Group, Toronto-based company founded in 1996. The Urban Capital has a number of innovative and architecturally significant projects. They have delivered over 3,500 urban condominiums, with another 1,000 now under construction. The most recognizable project is the master-planned River City community. The project is designed to make a strong architectural statement on the surrounding area, with buildings that can hardly be mistaken for “some condos.”
